Refund policy

Every piece of Mandrelworks Jewelry is made by hand in Wisconsin.  I want you to love wearing your jewelry as much as I love making it! 

If this is not the case, please reach out to me at mandrelworks@gmail.com so we can discuss how to make it right.  Any item that arrives to you damaged due to poor craftsmanship will be refunded if it is returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.  Mandrelworks is not responsible for return shipping costs, or returned jewelry that is damaged or lost in transit.   Special orders/custom pieces are non-refundable.
